Randall's teaching experience began in Naples, Florida over 10 years ago in a small, intimate studio teaching Pilates and Spin®. He expanded his teaching experience to include Gyrokinesis® and Personal Training.


He has instructed at many gyms and country clubs including:

Pilates excercise will train your body with correct , natural, and efficient movement, creating a mind body connection using a sequence of movements focusing on core stability, strength, balance, posture, flexibility and breathing creating full body awareness. Safety is always a priority. As well as being C.P.R. certified his training also include but not limited to mucoskeletal injuries,diet and special populations. Although we are not a fitness center, health spa or gym we do hold small mat classes on a preregistred basis. Pilates can help you develop a body that feels strong and streamline. The goal in Pilates is to develop and maintain core stability and control as you work toward optimal strength and flexibility for your arms and legs. Develop muscle tone, strength, and coordination,in a body that resists injury and moves with ease. The Pilates fitness workout is a balance between flexion, extension and rotation of the spine.

Gyrokinesis® combines spine and body flexibility with fluid natural movements in a deep core foundation. Spine, hamstrings, shoulders and hips are addressed.
